Payment plan is optional.  Balance may be paid in full at any time prior to the deadline.  If you have extenuating circumstances and your payment will be late, you must contact the Tour Director via email at hbcutour.firstrate@gmail.com no later than 5 days PRIOR to the payment due date to make alternate arrangements.  Failure to do so may result in the release of your student's seat, with no refund. Deposit is non-refundable.  No payment will be refunded after JAN 13, 2018 FOR ANY REASON.  In the event a student must cancel, he/she (or guardian) may find a replacement to facilitate reimbursement.  First Rate Tours does not assume responsibility for locating a replacement for the purposes of reimbursement.  In the event a student replacement is located by the student or parent, the new student must make an initial payment that is equal to or greater than the amount owing at the time that they register.  Student replacements will not be accepted with less than the total amount outstanding at the time of registration. STUDENTS ADDED TO THE TOUR AFTER THE REFUND DEADLINE OF JAN 13, 2018 SHALL CONSIDER ALL PAYMENTS NON-REFUNDABLE! NO EXCEPTIONS! The option for the parent/student to find a replacement for reimbursement is still available in the event cancellation is inevitable.  Credit/debit cards and PayPal are securely accepted on this website. Receipts are issued electronically for your records.

Enjoy the flexibility of our interest-free Payment Plan!  We understand that not every parent can easily afford to send their student on this tour, but we don't believe money should be a barrier to an experience like this!  As a result, we have worked to simplify our payment plan to make it easier for our parents to give their student the opportunity of a lifetime!  A small deposit reserves your student's seat! Once your deposit has been made, you must complete the Online Registration within 24 hours of that payment so that your student can be formally added to the tour.  As long as this site allows you to make a deposit, there are still seats available!  For your convenience, we have composed answers to some frequently asked questions addressed by our past tour parents and students.  Though optional, we urge parents and students to view these FAQs for more detailed information about our tours. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE REFUND POLICY THOROUGHLY.  Due to time constraints, no exceptions will be made on this policy.
